Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 16, 2026
True Match Advisors, LLC, operating under the TrueMatch Advisors brand, operates truematchadvisors.com.
1. About this policy
This policy explains how TrueMatch Advisors handles information collected through truematchadvisors.com, its coverage questionnaires, contact forms, and career applications. It describes this website’s current practices. Insurance carriers and other websites have their own privacy policies.
2. Information you provide
We collect the information you choose to submit: your name, phone number, email address, state, ZIP code, product interest, questionnaire answers, and contact consent. Life and final expense questions may include your coverage goals, the relationship of people you want to protect, and your preferred monthly budget. Medicare questions ask about your broad coverage situation and the topics you want to discuss. Career forms also ask about licensing and professional interests.
Please do not enter Social Security numbers, Medicare numbers, policy numbers, payment details, diagnoses, or medication lists into these website forms. Additional information needed for an insurance application should be handled through the agent and carrier’s application process, with the applicable disclosures.
3. Website and device information
Our hosting service processes technical information needed to deliver and secure the website. The inquiry service uses a daily hash derived from the request’s network address to limit repeated submissions. Guided questionnaire answers are saved in your browser tab’s session storage so you can return to them. Contact details are not placed in that questionnaire storage. Submitted requests receive a unique reference and creation time.
4. How we use information
We use your information to save and review your request, prepare for a conversation, respond about the coverage or partnership you asked about, maintain consent records, prevent abuse, and operate the website. A quote request is not an insurance application, an eligibility decision, or enrollment.
5. Service providers and other disclosures
Hosting and technology providers process information as needed to operate these services. Career applications may be delivered to TrueMatch’s recruiting tools. Consumer requests are stored for TrueMatch’s team to review; this website does not currently offer them to outside lead buyers. If you later choose to apply for insurance, the licensed agent will explain the information needed and the applicable carrier process.
We may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to address fraud, security incidents, or protection of legal rights. Submitting a website request does not itself authorize sharing it with unnamed outside marketing partners.
6. Calls, texts, and your choices
The form separately requests a response to your inquiry and offers an optional automated marketing opt-in. Checking the optional box gives True Match Advisors, LLC permission for recurring insurance-related marketing and customer-care calls and texts, including automated dialing and prerecorded, artificial, or AI-generated voices, as described in the disclosure. You can request a quote without selecting that optional permission. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
We record the selected permission, disclosure version, exact disclosure text, and submission time with your request. Permission is for TrueMatch itself, not unnamed outside marketing partners. We do not share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in information with third parties for their own marketing; service providers may process them to deliver communications on our behalf.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. If you receive texts, reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. You can also tell a representative to stop contact, call (954) 872-1578, or use our contact page. You may withdraw permission without purchasing anything. A form opt-in does not itself start an automated call or text or guarantee immediate contact.
7. Retention and security
We retain submitted records as needed to respond, administer the relationship, maintain relevant records, resolve disputes, and meet applicable obligations. We use access controls and other reasonable safeguards, but no storage or transmission system is completely secure. Please use the contact options below to ask about a record you submitted.
8. Privacy requests
To request access, correction, deletion, or an end to contact, call (954) 872-1578 or use our contact page. We may need to verify your identity before acting. Available rights and any exceptions depend on applicable law. Do not include sensitive medical or financial details in a privacy request.
9. Children, links, and updates
This website is intended for adults seeking insurance information or professional opportunities. It is not directed to children. External links are governed by the destination’s practices. We may update this policy as the service changes; the date above identifies the latest revision.
